The Palms Hotel & Spa, Miami Beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, particularly appreciating the modern design and great ocean views from our room. The service was attentive, especially in the restaurant, but we did notice that some areas need improvement, notably at the pool where staff could have been more proactive. The dining options were good, though a bit pricey, and overall, the hotel represented fair value considering the current Miami Beach market.

My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. On the plus side, the beach service was fantastic, and the tropical setting is simply beautiful. However, I faced numerous issues with housekeeping and some disorganization in their restaurant services, which definitely took away from the experience overall. While the location is great, the overall value for the price charged left a lot to be desired.

My stay at this hotel started beautifully, from the stunning art deco aesthetic to the incredibly friendly staff.
