I found the staff to be helpful . fred was especially attentive. He helped with our room and made everything easy. the pool area was beautiful, and i really liked how well the hotel was maintained. i also appreciated the food delivery service to the beach, made relaxing there so convenient.
the bathroom was a bit small relative to the overall size of the room! though this was a minor inconvenience.

The location was amazing. Access to the beach was easy. The pool area had a real resort feeling. The room was a nice size. The bed was super comfortable (i slept like a log!).

The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The beach access was very convenient, it made going back and forth easy. The pool area was great for my family and close to everything.
I preferred using the stairs most of the time.

The valet service was quick. Fred at the entrance was helpful with directions. The staff responded promptly to requests and questions I had, which i appreciated. I felt well taken care of.

The pool was very clean. the hotel is very well furnished i noticed. i really loved the white towel covers for the loungers near the pool and the beach. They added a touch of elegance. kerlin at the towel stand was a favorite.
dinner prices seemed high for what you get, the portions were very small.
